This is a great rub for any meat. I especially love it on chicken but can also be used for pork chops or steak. It is easy to make ahead of time and in bulk so you can have it on hand when you need it. The other thing I like about this is how easy it is to use as a house warming gift. Package it up nicely, throw in a bottle on nice olive oil or barbeque sauce and you have a great gift.

It is super easy to make. Just toss it together and it is ready to go.

Rosemary Dry Rub

1/2 cup dried rosemary
5  tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoon dried sage
5 tablespoons dried garlic flakes
1/2 cup sea salt
3 tablespoons cracked black pepper
