Vegetarian Olive Tapenade Sandwich

This is such an easy sandwich to make and it tastes and looks so nummy and fresh. It uses one of my all time favorite ingredients, olive tapenade! I have to admit that I’m not a huge sandwich fan, but with the right bread and some not-your-average ingredients, I am learning to like them more and more. This one has made it to the top of my list.


It’s a simple ingredients lists, so it’s quick and easy.

Artisan Bread, Sliced

Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced

Fresh Spinach Leaves

Sliced Tomato

Sliced Onions

Kalamata Olive Tapenade

Salt and Pepper

Like I said before, you have to use the right bread to make a fabulous sandwich. For this sandwich I choose a simple artisan bread from my local bakery. It’s crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and has a wonderfully rich flavor that makes this sandwich great. Spread on the Tapenade, layer the rest and top with a bit of salt and a bit more pepper. And that’s it! you have a wonderful, tasty sandwich.
